Cohort Event:

Oct 1 – Mr Porter, Park Lane 5.30pm arrival, 6.00pm start – early dinner and debate

Can your team think its way out of a £50m legacy trap?

Most contracts, vendors and platforms are designed to lock you in and slow you down. But what if your team had 30 minutes to find a way out?

This is a team vs team challenge for senior execs and their right hands. Insurance, telco and enterprise teams will face off in a private, no-spectators debate about how to break out of the traps they’re stuck in—and hear what others are doing to fight back.

It’s fast, confidential and no one leaves without being challenged.

Here’s the shape of the evening:

5.30pm – drinks
6.00pm – opening provocation: “why most legacy lock-ins are self-inflicted”
6.15pm – challenge brief (your team, your trap, three unexpected twists)
6.30pm – dinner and build
7.15pm – team crossfire
8.00pm – two best teams pitch back
8.30pm – drinks, debriefs, coaching invites if wanted

Why bring your team?

Because legacy a mindset teams have just accepted from their predecessors. The way your team justifies, defends or avoids decisions might be the thing holding you back. This is a chance to see that, in real time, against peers who are also under pressure to move.

You’ll leave with clearer strategies, sharper thinking and a better view of where your team stands.

This is for execs in insurance, telco and big enterprise.
Teams of 2-4. No selling. NDA signed before event.
Dinner’s on us. The challenge is on you to solve.

By invite only. Message to confirm your spot.
